Is AIRSOFT safe? Yes, with the right protective gear!
To play safely, you must use safety glasses that meet the ANSI Z87+ / EN 166 F standard. The glasses must fit tightly enough that no 6mm pellet can penetrate. In addition, face protection is recommended – especially for teeth and nose. NASF has developed a common set of rules that all their clubs follow, including requirements for approved safety equipment.
