The set includes harnesses, belt and MOLLE padding for the belt. If you are going for a light setup, for example a sniper, then a belt-rig is a good alternative that is minimalistic but gives you the opportunity to attach magazine pockets and other MOLLE modules along the belt. The belt fits well and has soft padding. The straps allow you to adjust so that everything fits snugly. Tip, combine this with a Ghillie if you play sniper, for example this !
If you are looking for full equipment with as much equipment as possible, then this Belt rig is perfect! You can combine this set with countless types west and accessories to get extra MOLLE space and protection (See last picture for an example)
