The 551 Advanced compact red dot sight from Strike Systems is well constructed in metal and hard plastic.
It has a rear-facing keyboard, with on/off and controls to change the color of the reticle, red or green, as well as adjust the brightness of the reticle. Fully adjustable for wind and altitude difference. The four AG13/LR44 batteries are stored in an easily accessible compartment which is securely locked by a lever and which allows quick and easy replacement of batteries it be necessary. The sight has a simple screw on the locking system that allows you to mount it on all standard Picatinny / weaver rails.
