Kalashnikov AKS74U Spring
The Kalashnikov AKS74U is one of the world's most recognizable compact rifles. This spring-powered version from Cybergun is an exact replica with official licenses, perfect for anyone looking for a simple and fun introduction to the world of airsoft.
Shop tip: This is a “springer” model, which means you have to manually cock it for each shot. This makes the rifle incredibly reliable and inexpensive to operate, as you never have to worry about a dead battery or empty gas tanks in the middle of a game.
Classic design and simple functionality
This version of the AKS74U features a stylish combination of black polymer and “faux wood” details that create a realistic look. With its compact size, it is very easy to maneuver, whether you are shooting at targets in the garden or playing casual games with friends. The rifle is equipped with an adjustable hop-up that lets you fine-tune the trajectory to get maximum range from its powerful 0.5-joule mechanism.
The rifle comes with a Hi-Cap magazine holding a full 300 rounds, meaning less time spent reloading and more time shooting. The reinforced polymer construction keeps the weight down to just 700g, making it ideal for younger users or those looking for a lightweight secondary rifle.
Don’t forget the necessary accessories!
To ensure you get the best experience with your AKS74U, we recommend the following:
- BBs: We recommend 0.12g or 0.20g precision BBs for the best performance in this model.
- Safety: Always remember to wear approved protective eyewear whenever shooting.
- Maintenance: A small drop of silicone oil in the muzzle and on the spring mechanism from time to time will extend its lifespan.
