Tip from the store: XP Icon-X is significantly more responsive and separates signals much better in iron-infested areas than cheaper single-frequency detectors. Thanks to its wireless design, you can put the remote control straight in your pocket or mount it on a wristband – reducing the swing weight on your arm to an incredible 710 g! This means you can search for hours without your arm getting tired.
Compared to its little brother, the Icon, the Icon-X gives you complete control with six factory programs, six user-defined programs, extended audio fine-tuning, and an additional dedicated 28kHz frequency setting—ideal if you're looking for natural gold or wafer-thin silver coins. The detector comes with a rigid and lightweight telescopic carbon shaft, is waterproof down to 5m, and can be updated via USB. Best of all is its scalability: You can later upgrade it to a full-fledged Deus II simply by purchasing accessories, without having to replace the detector itself.
