Here you have a very good maintenance kit where you get EVERYTHING you need to clean and take care of your
It doesn't matter what type of gun or rifle you have, or how powerful it is, it will still need regular maintenance. It doesn't matter how rough and tough your rifle is on the outside, there are still fine mechanisms inside that need lubrication and cleaning!
It can be easy to get confused about which cleaners and lubricants to use on the different components, whether it's for a gas-powered pistol or an electric rifle, so why doesn't someone make this easy? That was most likely the question the people at WE asked themselves when they created this amazing kit. Here you have EVERYTHING you need to clean and lubricate your airsoft weapon. Whether you have a pistol, rifle or simply both.
What is included in this kit is:
PLASTIC LUBRICANT OIL (60ml)
OIL REMOVER (60ml)
Pump (for the oil remover)
Cleaning brush
Cleaning cloth
Stick-Easy(18g)
Silicone Grease(10ml)
PTFE Grease(10g)
Bearing Oil(10ml)
For those of you wondering how to clean and what to use for what, here is an explanation:
Cleaning:
The first thing to do when maintaining a
The next step is to clean parts where dirt can settle, such as gears, small holes in the slide or body, piston, etc. You use this THE CLEANING BRUSH to.
After that, you need to remove any oil/lubricant residue that has settled into the nooks and crannies, and for this you use OIL REMOVER (60ml). You can either use this by dripping it on or spraying it on with THE PUMP which comes with it.
Now everything should be cleaned and ready to be re-lubricated.
Lubricate:
No matter how well you have cleaned your weapon, if you put it back together without lubrication it will break down pretty quickly. The first thing you should do is lubricate the moving parts so that everything slides smoothly, for this you use PLASTIC LUBRICANT OIL (60ml), Many people will probably use silicone spray for this, but the lubricating oil will leave a thin layer on plastic parts, which in turn makes it great for loosening gas valves and blowback pistons.
Next to be lubricated are the O-Rings and
If you now have some parts that you are not quite sure whether to use SILICONE GREASE on, it is most likely PTFE GREASE to be used. This is the lubricant you should use on metal that comes into contact with metal, such as gears in the gearbox, or on the metal slide if you have one on your gun. PTFE GREASE is naturally water-repellent so it won't wash off right away if your gun or rifle is exposed to a little rain.
The last thing to lubricate is the ball bearings on the
STICK-EASY?
When you open this kit you will see a lump of something green that looks like modeling clay, this is what is called Stick-Easy. But what is this used for you may be thinking? At least we did, but after a little investigation we quickly found out that this has become one of the most used products in this package.
Are you someone who always loses small screws or other important parts for your airsoft? Use a small lump of STICK-EASY to hold them in place.
Are you having trouble getting dirt out of the rail of your airsoft gun? Use STICK-EASY to remove it.
Do you have sausage fingers and trouble getting small parts like shims out? You guessed it! USE STICK-EASY!
This simple lump of green "gugge" has an incredible number of uses and you'll wonder how you ever got along without it before!
