Compact airsoft replica – ARP 556 from G&G
Don’t let the size fool you, G&G’s ARP 556 is well known in the airsoft community and is the first choice for many airsoft players when it comes to compact weapons. Gain the upper hand in close-quarters situations by choosing between semi-auto, full-auto, or 3-round burst. The ARP 556 uses standard M4/STANAG magazines, giving you plenty of magazine options to choose from.
Construction and M-LOK handguard
The ARP is a compact CQB-style weapon platform made from metal and polymer. The rifle features a CNC-machined M-LOK handguard that allows you to attach various tactical accessories wherever you want. The rifle has a flash hider and flip-up iron sights.
V2 gearbox with 8mm ball bearings and a long-axis high-torque 25,000 RPM motor.
Ambidextrous grip, 21mm rail and 14mm CCW
The pistol grip is designed to be equally comfortable for both right- and left-handed users, and the rifle has a PDW-style telescopic stock with the battery housed inside. At the end of the barrel, you’ll find 14mm CCW threads for attaching flash hiders/suppressors (NOTE: the barrel ends before the handguard. The suppressor must not exceed ø30mm in diameter). The 21mm top rail lets you freely attach optics with a 21mm mount!
ETU & MOSFET
The rifle has a 3-round burst/full-auto function (ETU), which you can select as needed. You program the full-auto/burst function by setting the rifle to semi-auto and holding the trigger down for approximately 10 seconds. This means you can program the rifle according to your needs in the heat of battle! In addition, the ETU ensures that the rifle completes a full cycle every time, preventing it from jamming when firing in semi-auto.The rifle also features a MOSFET to reduce trigger delays and increase the rate of fire while better protecting the rifle’s electronics.
