Break-Barrel Air Pistol - Vortex/Nitro Piston - How It Works

The Vortex break-barrel rifle is powered by a gas piston that is compressed when you break the barrel. When you pull the trigger, the piston returns to its original position. This system is more powerful, easier to cock, quieter, and more durable than its older spring-powered counterpart. Almost all break-barrel rifles today use this system. 

You don't need to refill it with gas—the piston is completely sealed.

Quattro Trigger

An advanced two-stage trigger available exclusively from Hatsan. It allows three-point adjustment to set the trigger pull weight, the position of the first and second stages of the firing cycle, and the trigger travel before the shot is fired. With this specially designed trigger, you can also release finger pressure if the shot cannot be taken during the first stage of the firing cycle. In addition, it is equipped with an extra safety feature in case you accidentally drop it. This system is called "drop safety interlock" and prevents it from firing even when the safety is off.

SAS

In this context, it stands for Shock Absorber System and is a system that reduces vibrations and extends the lifespan of the rifle, optics, and accessories.

TruGlo Fiber Optics
