This handy knife sharpener comes with 2 different sharpening angles. For example, 17° for kitchen knives and 25° for hunting and outdoor knives. It also has two different sharpeners: a coarse carbide sharpener for rough sharpening over nicks and similar damage, and a ceramic one for fine sharpening and polishing, so the knife becomes as good as new.
To use the knife sharpener as easily as possible, hold it by the grooves with your left hand and press it down onto a firm surface where it won’t slide. Draw the knife through three to four times without applying force, and it will be ready to use again.
PLEASE NOTE! This knife sharpener is not suitable for serrated or notched knives, nor for knives with major damage.
